This is the best pet insurance I have ever had for my fur babies !!!

i have nothing but good things to say about Nationwide... They are always extremely helpful on the phone and also very efficient at reviewing and processing claims in a timely manner.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Thank you so much for covering Cherish's I-131 treatment for hyperthyroidism. We go for her first round of follow up bloodwork next week but she seems to be doing fantastic. I'm so happy she was able to get this done because she is my child and I love her so much. I didn't want her to be on pills for the rest of her life, not to mention the other possible issues that come with hyperthyroidism. The shot is really expensive so I cried when I saw you guys covered the entire amount. THANK YOU SO MUCH, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Overwhelming coverage

Mack is our first dog and wanted the best for him. We researched other insurance companies and chose Nationwide. We have been very happy with the speed and accuracy of our claims. The direct deposit option is also a plus.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
