Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

I have had pet insurance for my dog her whole life - and never used it! I have been lucky that she has been healthy overall but recently she had to have surgery. Thankfully the surgery went well, and all of her results came back as we had hoped they would. However, the bill was much higher than we anticipated. Having never filed a claim for her before, I was really concerned that it would be a complicated process but it wasn't. I called in to get help logging into the account that I had not logged into for many years. The customer services representative was so nice, and incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions and our call was QUICK AND EASY. She even gave me some advice on what exactly to send in to make sure the process didn't get delayed with back and forth needing medical history etc. Once I filed the claim online, I was able to check the status. Without any questions or hesitation, they covered our claim, and mailed us a check. It was a HUGE relief to get that money back after all of the stress and fear of what was going on with my dog. Thankfully she is healthy, and Nationwide Pet Insurance made the entire process stress free and easy. I am so grateful!

We submitted a claim for allergy treatment for our dog. Our claim was processed quickly. We received email notifications that kept us informed on the progress of the claim. We're very happy with our Nationwide Pet Insurance policy!!! We've recommended Nationwide to our friends and family!!

Our Cane Corso Mastiff, Ollie, has an ongoing skin condition which requires continuous veterinary treatment. Nationwide Pet Insurance is our provider and has provided excellent service for the entire time we have had our insurance coverage.
