No hassle, courteous, efficient and reliable response to invoices with payments and statements of disbursements.
First time to experience major illness with my yorkie that required surgery. Further lab reports requested for review. Direct contact was made to vet for additional information. Case was in review for weeks possibly due to holiday season. Full reimbursement issued. I was very satisfied as the disbursements.

Quick and easy to process claims
Nationwide has always made it quick and easy to process my claims, especially now more than ever with the new online app. Love to have the peace of mind that my pet will be taken care of in case of any injury or surgery and that I will not have to make a decision based on the high cost of caring for my pet. Have been very pleased in the almost 2 years that I have had Nationwide pet insurance.

My two dogs are covered by this insurance company, I have the best comments and experience with them.
Nationwide Pet insurance is the best on this field. I think my pets are well covered by them.
