My puppy is newly insured and so far the coverage is exactly as advertised.
My puppy had her first two visits to the vet three weeks apart. I have been reimbursed already for both visits. I used the VitusVet App to submit the claim. Great overall experience so far.

Fantastic piece of mind and a quality product

Doesn’t reimburse for anything
I am seriously thinking about canceling policies for both of my dogs. I pay over 100 a month for coverage and reimbursement is a joke. My dog Lucy needed surgery which costs over 1200 and only got 300! I have been paying on her policy for 12 years. I am thinking let insurance is a racket.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
