Best thing I have done for my pets!

The claims are always made easy and love that now it gets deposited directly into my bank. This was one of the best decisions I have made to add Pet Insurance! The company is also very thoughtful and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Good policy—provides good service and great peace of mind.

My dog was attacked by some wild animal. I submitted three claims in all, and after the annual deductible, all costs were paid. I wish I could have submitted my claim by email, but my scans of the vet bills didn't go through, so I had to mail them. That slowed down the payment but I liked being able to check on the website to see the status of the claim

Very reliable and easy to process insurance claims

I have been a customer of Nationwide insurance since my dog is a puppy. Very easy to put in claims. Response time is excellent for an insurance company. Although my dog has had several minor problems (fortunately) this insurance has given me peace of mind each time I have had to visit my vet. Pet bills are extremely high today and with lthis insurance I need not worry that it will put me in a financial situation that I don't want, especially since I am a very senior citizen.

Satisfied

I have been recommending this insurance to all my friends. I was very happy you honored my claim. This illness is covered on my policy but I heard bad things about other pet insurance companies. I have been your customer for over 7 years and have sent very few claims, maybe 4? I will be adopting another dog soon, and I will make an addition to my policy Thank you! Silvia Acosta
