Don't opt for this carrier
Quite possibly the worst insurance coverage for your pet as faulty claims are sold and customer service is not helpful. I'm basically just paying you and that's about it. Very MINIMAL money is reimbursed to me and it's literally just a headache working with Nationwide. The ONLY person who has even shown care or been helpful is Nancy E. Lowe. Otherwise your advocacy team is horrible as is everyone else I have dealt with. I have been so unhappy that I have filed a claim with the NJ Dept of State on my behalf. I honestly feel using Nationwide has been a huge waste of my money and I regret opting for you as a carrier. My vet even warned me against doing so, and I should have listened.
