Overall incredible
I have had mostly amazing service. I have only 1 complaint. Overall very easy to get claims handled in a timely fashion.
My only problem was when I signed up, I was told after a year that “preexisting” issues would be covered. This was a recorded conversation (as they are all recorded) and this was not honored. It was frustrating.
But... truly, nationwide pet insurance has been a blessing and I suggest it to all my friends!!!!!!!

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
