Great Insurance, Peace of Mind

I am very happy with the plan I have, coverage includes wellness, illness/accident and hereditary. I have a dog that has had frequent trips to the vet due to allergies and gastrointestinal issues. I have no complaint with coverage and response to claims. Insurance cost has been same over three years.

Rep eager to get me off the line....

Rep seemed very eager to get it over with & me off the line.... he seemed rushed & annoyed by the way I felt about he claim result vs being a li’l more sympathetic at the fact this is financislly stressing since I’m getting possibly about 35% back bible study the 90% + deductible. I think it’s ridiculous & feel taken advantage tbh. & the rep only made me feel more sh**tier than I was already feeling after seeing the claim status. I even told them over the phone when he asked while like sighing in either boredom or annoyance, “is there anything else I can help you with”? I was like no, but you seem eager to get me off the line”, to which he said nothing, but even though I corrected him on the pronunciation of my pet’s name, he kept saying it his way. It’s in a foreign language, & I’m pronouncing it correctly, hello!
