Not the answer
Not the answer. The last two times I called the representatives really lacked any empathy or understanding. Today, was particularly bad. I came to find that according to this rep the last rep misinformed me about a second check being issued and it can take 30 days. I was told a reissue would take 9 days.
She talked over me while I was asking a question. Then stopped talking. Never once apologized. This is the first time that I have experienced this with Nationwide Pet in the years I have had them.
I really hope this is not a trend.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
