Grateful for nationwide pet insurance but sad ear infection on my pup isn't covered for 6 months
Overall I am very please with what nationwide has to offer. Submitting a claim is extremely easy but I wish a summary of the claim submitted, what is covered and the reason why items aren't covered are provided with the "claim refund" page. I am disappointed that my puppy's ear infection visit wasn't recently covered. He is a puppy that is going through food allergies with ear infection so we have been trying to figure out what is causing it.

Amazing!
So far nationwide insurance has been a huge help! Vet bills can be very expensive and it’s comforting knowing that I can get up to 90% back. When my 10 month old puppy recently had an ear infection I was at ease because I was able to contact a vet online who gave me an idea of what to expect before I even took him to see a vet. I was able to get back almost 90% of what I paid for his vet visit!

Friendly, easy, and convenient.
Very easy to use. Customer service was friendly and helpful. No issues with claim processing at all. i was a little nervous that there would be some fine print exclusions or something, but that didn't happen. Nationwide stayed true to what was advertised and to my expectations.

Payout Limits
