Quick and smooth, just a bit confusing at the begining

I am very happy with Nationwide Insurance, the filing of the claim and the reimbursement process was really smooth, is just the initial part of the process that was really confusing with the documentation needed. I would say also that would be beneficial to have email notifications of the changes on claims, I was not getting notifications about any updates, just receiving them later on by mail.

Potential Stress Reliever

I have advocated for pet insurance to friends and strangers alike for many years. To me it’s similar to our own health insurance in that you hope you never need to use it but if you do need it, especially for a serious injury or disease, it’s there to hopefully make a likely stressful situation a little more tolerable. Plus they help with the routine things as well like annual vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, lab work etc. With previous pets I’ve had to deal with serious disease without insurance and I’d much rather have the insurance knowing I should be reimbursed some portion for treatment etc. Hope this helps whoever may read it.
