Easy to work with

Scout had hairballs in his ears! The vet got them squared away. The insurance covered the entire bill. It was easy to work with you.

Not 100% satisfied

Thought all wellness was was covered but there’s an annual cap. Not much of a cost savings having to pay monthly and not having all wellness covered in full.

Happy with Nationwide.

I have had insurance for Shadow for 14 years and am very happy with it. It has been a lifesaver over the years. Every pet owner should consider health insurance for their pet. It saves a lot of money and could save your pet's life.

I love being able to decide “YES” to all the care needed for my dog to remain healthy.

In addition to being able to decide “YES” towards the care that my dog needs to stay healthy, I am also thrilled with the ease of submitting a claim through the VitusVet app. I am often able to open the app and log the claim before I even leave the Veternary clinic or hospital. We have the Wellness plan for our dog so we can always financially manage his routine vaccinations, preventive medications, and treatments.

Claims are easy because the vet does it. If I had to do it, it is complex.
