Rep eager to get me off the line....

Rep seemed very eager to get it over with & me off the line.... he seemed rushed & annoyed by the way I felt about he claim result vs being a li’l more sympathetic at the fact this is financislly stressing since I’m getting possibly about 35% back bible study the 90% + deductible. I think it’s ridiculous & feel taken advantage tbh. & the rep only made me feel more sh**tier than I was already feeling after seeing the claim status. I even told them over the phone when he asked while like sighing in either boredom or annoyance, “is there anything else I can help you with”? I was like no, but you seem eager to get me off the line”, to which he said nothing, but even though I corrected him on the pronunciation of my pet’s name, he kept saying it his way. It’s in a foreign language, & I’m pronouncing it correctly, hello!

I don’t get clean understanding of what get paid.

When I make a claim it says I can track the claim on the app. However I can not and when I login I can not see the updated information. That is a little frustrating. I tried to contact you I made a mistake on the claim and couldn’t get anyone to call me back. I entered the wrong invoice. Very frustrating. Not having someone to contact

We are so grateful that we have Nationwide Pet insurance and always recommend them.

Nationwide Pet insurance has been such a good decision that we made for our pets. Their coverage is so helpful and therefore we can give our dogs the best care possible. We always recommend them to people with pets and share with them our positive experiences.

The Best

I have used Nationwide, formerly VPI insurance for my dogs for 14 years and do annual cost comparisons with other plans based on my claims over the past year. Consistently I find Nationwide to give me the best value for my money. Their customer service is hands down top notch. I have had vet offices make errors on claim forms and Nationwide staff is always super helping me get those corrected. Hassle free insurance!

Couldn't do this without Nationwide!

I am so grateful to Nationwide for partnering with me and taking the best possible care of Nakita. she is very, very dear to me, and it's reassuring to know that the best care is available to her when she needs it. She is healing up from some severe lacerations on the bottoms of her front feet. She got them at a dog park. I don't know how. With the advice an attention of my excellent vet, her feet are healing up beautifully. without my Nationwide Insurance, I'd be doing a lot more guesswork, Something I just can't afford to do when it comes to my very best friend.
