My wife and I are pleased with Charlotte’s coverage as it’s proved to be extremely helpful several times through her young life. She’s a huge part of our family and it’s comforting to know she’s in good hands if challenging times were to come.

Your organization is great. My only complaint is the time it takes to get reimbursed.

Easy online claiming and fast turn around for reimbursement. Customer elder vice was also very helpful answering my questions.

I would totally recommend Nationwide pet insurance. My dog Stallone has had some bad luck this past month. After just two weeks of him being injured with his paw and having high bills at the vet. He ate something that caused him an intestinal infection and was very sick. The very day I came home with him from the vet I already had received my refund from him being injured two weeks earlier. Having that refund in mail after just paying a very high bill again at the vet that very day was a huge relief. Thank you Nationwide. If we didn't have this pet insurance this month was going to be a very month financially. Knowing how much a pet can cost you that you love and just want to feel better and getting that help like this is amazing. Every penny counts with helping make it a less horrible experience for the owner who just wants their pet back to himself not suffering. So thank you again.

It's worth the piece of mind to have insurance on your furry love but the ease of use and service times make it feel even more worth it!
