very good insurance

i am a insurance agent and sell for Nationwide for personal lines. Have heard from vets and other people about how bad pet insurance insurance is, and I inform them about nationwide and how good it is. I should probably be a agent on the pet insurance side also.

Best Pet Insurance

While the Nationwide Whole Pet with Wellness insurance plan is not cheep, it is excellent. After paying my deductible it covers 90% of all of my costs. No questions asked. The plan covers all veterinary visits, medication and even preventative meds and supplements. I simply file online, which is simple, and receive a notification within a few days, that the reimbursement payment is ready to deposit directly into my checking account. It is truly a pleasure to use. I highly recommend this insurance.

Easy to Work With

When we got our dog 3 years ago, the vet recommended insurance and suggested Nationwide. We are happy that we have this insurance. The claim process is simple, big plus. And the customer service representatives always email as to how the dog is progressing if there has been an illness or operation.

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
