Worth it
I was honestly ready to cancel after a rate increase when my dog turned 3. It paid off in the end when she needed acl surgery it was all covered except our $250 deductible. The claim process is slow though

Nationwide cares
Nationwide processed our claims right away. They made it easy and even followed up later on to make sure that our dog was doing ok. We have insurance on both of our dogs and recommend it to everyone whenever we get a chance for their pets.

Worth getting for any pet
Policy has been a godsend because our cat has had many problems and vpi covers the cost

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.

Exclusions
