Fustrating
The reason i listed painful is to try and get reimbursed has been a very Fustrating process. i have the stress of my new puppy not doing well and everytime i submit a claim i have to redo it sometimes more than 2X and still havent received the reimbursement. I know there was an issue with 2 policy numbers becuase i paid up front to get insurance sooner but i would have thought the other policy would be null and void and i would only have one policy number. i like the ease of calling customer service they are very helpful and knowledgeable, not sure what i would have done without them. I'm hoping the process gets better and that she has less vet visits.

Grateful
The ease of claims with Nationwide pet insurance is fantastic! Unfortunately 1 of my dogs seems to need to see the vet more than I would like, but they haven’t ever let me down! I am grateful!

Payout Limits
