Good coverage, but the claim process/checking claims is awkward, and turn around time is very slow.

Nationwide offers very good coverage, but the methods for filing claims are outdated. My previous company had everything online. I only had to attach a copy of the paid invoices and fill in a brief explanation on the website. The "check status" should show all of the same information that is submitted to make it easier to track. especially if there are multiple claims in a short period of time. This is especially helpful since it takes a VERY long time for claims to process. Our previous insurance often turned our claim around within a week unless they were contacting the vet for more information. It can take over a month with NW. Hoping the process improves in the next coverage year.

Great service

Highly professional. Great service. I am likely going to drop or reduce coverage due to significant hike in premium.

Allegies attack everyone including pets

I began to notice my dogs eyes "running", and she started to drag her butt outside and inside. When the chewing started on her rear legs, it was time to see the doctor. After it was determined she has an allergy, the doctor stated that over the counter Benedryl or CVS Allergy Relief medication was ok to give her. Done deal she's ok today as long as I remember to give it to her.
