Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed to learn that my premiums have and will be increasing when up for renewal. With no explanation as to why this is happening. I have recently recommended Nationwide to friends who recently got two new puppies only to learn that they are paying significantly less than what I have been paying over the past three years. I have been forced to find insurance elsewhere with another carrier for one of my dogs because I simply cannot afford the drastic increase you have implemented on my policy for him and knowing there are two more coming for my other two dogs. Based on what? I can understand a slight increase but the increase you have made is far out of line for our budget and we will not be able to continue with you for the future when these premiums go up. It is so disappointing, especially when we have been loyal to Nationwide for over three years and you are giving out new policies to others for far less. It's a slap in the face to us that have been with you.
