Claims Processing Needs Improvement

I find that the overall claims processing needs improvement, 1, takes to long to pay claims, waiting up to 30 days for claims payment is far to long these days 2. how to submit claims should be more automated. Yes you may offer a claims form with some information pre-filled but then you need to print that form to sign it, then upload that form and then create an email and attach and send off. Does having to sign the form really make a difference. The process should be designed so that you can complete a claim form online and then upload the receipts to attach to it. 3. Receiving payment and having to use another service. Why can't the electronic payment be integrated within Nationwide web app. Now you get a notice that there is a payment=. You need to go to another application to request the movement of $.

So Happy with decision to purchase this insurance for our dogs years ago.

We purchased health insurance for our two dogs many years ago. For us it has been so worthwhile. The coverage for both well and sick care is excellent. It makes the decisions about specific tests and unusual care easier knowing we have help with the cost. I highly recommend people with pets to consider getting this.

Still waiting for a return call to explain exclusions

We have had tour company for years and were very happy with our last dog. I was sent a letter stating we had exclusions now. I called and the person said they had never seen this before and that she was off in a few minutes but set a call up for the next day and I never heard from anyone. We had our dogs dna done and he has no allergies but nationwide is excluding that and something with aggression. He is a rescue and we have spent thousands on training and he is a model dog but he had been beaten and is afraid of new people at first . After he knows you he is a lover. I am still needing an explanation please.
