its a blessing to have the insurance on your pet 1 less thing to worry about i started out as a v.p.i. member till it changed to nationwide i have coverage on both my beagles . my cousin recently adopted a puppy and was asking about pet insurance and i recommended nationwide and they did purchase a plan (edgeworth) last name .

While I would appreciate claims being paid at a greater percentage, Nationwide makes filing and collecting on a claim super easy
Problem with all insurance, including pet, is that the prices charged by doctors are so much higher than the insurance companies will pay out. Mostly pet insurance makes sense to protect against catastrophic problems and expenses. Nationwide gets high marks for ease of use and quick pay on claims.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
