Has denied all medical claims
All submitted medical claims have been denied.
When you call for information to buy the policy they make it sound like great deal.

Claims process is way too long. Payments are far less than actual cost
With great providers, Happy Girl is doing much better. Treatment of nose tumor may have worked as the dog is less anxious. Still some separation anxiety and some interrupted sleep.

First Experience
I felt that the reimbursement process could have happened quicker. I turned in my dogs paperwork the same day of the appointment which was only for health and wellness purposes which included shots. I just felt that there could have been. Quicker turnaround is all.

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
