Pleasantly surprised
In the very beginning, my experience with Nationwide was “iffy.” My “cat-child” had gotten an improper diagnosis from a vet fresh out of school (it happens), and I had a time with them removing the umbrella/stigma of that diagnosis once I switched to a more seasoned and knowledgeable vet who reassured me & NW that Pancake was healthy. After we got past that issue, they have been very easy to work with and whenever there has been a claim filed, I have been quite pleased with what they have reimbursed me. I tell other colleagues who are considering signing up for the coverage it has absolutely been a positive experience for us!
