Fast and reliable and nice customer service.
I initially submitted my claim through the website but the attachment didn’t go through to Nationwide for some reason. So I called and they were very easy to work with and offered overall great customer service. I had to call a couple times for some follow up questions and each time I had really nice and patient people helping me out. Once I completed the claim process, it was super easy and fast.
