Great People and fast response
We have a emergency with Cora and has to took her to ER when we was there doctors said they have to do surgery, I wasn’t sure how the insurance work so I made a call the person on the other side of the line just told me “Don’t worries about nothing right now please take care Cora and I will take care all your insurance needs on this side Hope Cora get well soon” that was a huge piece of mind... she call me later and first question was How cora is doing? She took the time to explain and help me with all paperwork... thanks for be on our side

The app makes claims very easy to file timely
I appreciate the ease of the app, I file before I leave the vet so I don't forget. I jus wish the reimbursement process was quicker.
