Disappointed in reimbursement for major procedures.
Reimbursement amounts are not good for major procedures, for example, MRI.

The online claim process is a bit hard to find from the website, but once you do, it is straightforward to submit a claim. I would ask to improve the processing time so that it is less than 7 business days.

Terrific product and service!
Very satisfied with the product and the service. Only complaint would be the rise in premium attached to claim history.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Exclusions
