I can’t thank Nationwide enough for the peace of mind they’ve provided me. They’ve made it possible for me to get the best care available for my giant breed, and feel confident doing so. Knowing that Nationwide had my back when we had to take my Daniff in for emergency surgery allowed me to focus on my dog, and not the status of my savings account - and for that I am forever grateful! I will be a Nationwide Customer for life.

So glad we have Nationwide pet insurance.
My dog Callie had to have cruciate surgery and we are so happy we have Nationwide pet insurance to help cover the cost. The surgery and rehab cost over $5000.00. The claim process was easy and payment was prompt.

Nationwide is #1.
There are so many pet insurances but I'm so glad I did my research. No other pet insurance covers wellness and I am so pleased so far with Nationwide totally easy also to put claims thru.

Thank you so much for helping us with our dog Hamilton's recent surgical issues. He is just a puppy and has had such a hard time. With all of the stress, it was so nice and such a relief to have so much help with the bills for this issue.

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
