disappointed in Nationwide Pet Insurance
very disappointed in service. I tried to upgrade my service for my one year old to the same plan as my other 2 year old pet (whole pet wellness). Only had one claim so far and I was honest and told them he was going to the vet for an ear infection check up. I was denied the upgrade because of a simple ear infection. Very disappointed and will be looking at other options.
