Nationwide was so kind and caring more so than most of the insurance for humans I have had to talk to. They are there for you 24/7.

I am glad I have the coverage
I am glad I have this insurance. The claims are processed quickly, within 30 days, as they promise. Sometimes it is a bit difficult getting the more involved claims paid. The claims for hospital stays require a lot of resubmitting and medical records review. I wish there was an easier way to process such claims.

Efficient and Easy
So easy to make the claims. I am so glad I had the coverage when we had this emergency. When the vet came in with her plan of action, I didn’t have to consider whether I could afford this or not. I knew I had 90% coverage.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
