A must have insurance for those who love their pets and want to keep them healthy and happy.

I have recommended Nationwide Pet Insurance to friends and family because it has given us peace of mind in the ability to meet our beloved dog’s medical needs. It is easy to use after the claims are submitted. I also feel secured in knowing that Nationwide is a large established and reputable company in the insurance industry.

You need this pet insurance!

So glad I use Nationwide pet insurance. My dog was ill and took him first to the 24 hour emergency vet. He stayed overnight. Getting through the insurance was quick and easy to do. It was a short amount of time and I had my payment sent to me. I would encourage everyone that wants pet coverage to look into this Company.

Fantastic. I switched from PetPlan and couldn’t be happier.

You guys are great. The app to process my claim is easy to use. I love that I can just take a photo of the invoices and send them thru the app. Your response to pay my claims has been exceptional as well. Glad I switched from PetPlan. Thanks again. Angelo

Quick and easy claims submission process.

Collected claims for the whole year and submitted, separately, but on the same day. Claims were processed and I had the covered portion within a couple of days.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
