Things went well after the initial claim was determined.
It took forever for the first claim to be determined. Not sure what happened to the next claim. The vet said they would submit the claim but it was not paid until I faxed the claim.

Great insurance
Pet insurance is best thing I ever did for my pup. Nationwide plan has bee great and the app is easy too.
