A cute new name!
I called to create a membership for a new puppy, but I also wanted to change this puppy's existing name. A guy named Ariel answered with a great attitude, and not only did he change the puppy's name, but he also walked me through the whole process of membership creation! I ended up with a big smile on my face, and my puppy with a cute new name. Thanks!

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
