Helps to Have Insurance, If You Can Afford It
VPI Pet Insurance is a great way to help keep your pet healthy and happy. We have used it for the majority of Stella's life and are grateful to have such a service for our beloved dog. The reimbursement amounts are most often in line with our expectation and the premiums in the early years were very reasonable.

So glad we have this coverage!
We've had pet insurance for 13 years, and luckily we haven't needed to use it much until recently. Our pets are aging now, and we've incurred some stiff vet bills, but the ease of filing a claim and the quickness w/which Nationwide reimbursed us has certainly reduced the financial anxiety of caring for aging pets.

Best Pet Insurance and easiest to submit claims I ever had!!!
I am so glad I chose Nationwide for my pet insurance. It has saved me a ton of money after finding out my pet has a brain tumor and has seizures. I would highly recommend Nationwide to any pet owner. The claim process is extremely easy and fast!!

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Exclusions
