Misleading and disappointing
Difficult to say anything positive about the experience I’ve had with Nationwide thus far: it seems that each time I call to speak with someone the person is unprofessional and the connection is always poor. I never really get straight answers to my questions. Furthermore the coverages and the EOB we get for our claims don’t make a whole lot of sense. Things that should have been connected aren’t, and we find ourselves having to chase our vet office for additional documentation and information. Not a simple claim process, and overall disappointing.
