Just took my cat to the vet with the form from the Nationwide website...the vet filled out the form...and faxed it to Nationwide...and was reimbursed in several days.

Excellent coverage
Piper has had Whole Pet insurance for 3 years now and we have never been disappointed by the quality of service offered. Lately, Piper has needed more veterinary visits and and very expensive procedures. So far, Nationwide hasn't hesitated to cover her. Thank you!!!

Filing the claim was relatively easy after I realized you don't use the downloaded claim to file electronically, you click on the link. Maybe I missed it but, I didn't see the internet link, to file online, on the website.

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
