Used to be better

Before nationwide bought them it was great. Im very disappointed. Before i got money back for vet visits and i had to start a policy for my other dog and under nationwide I dont get monet on routine check ups And there are so many restrictions on what's covered. I just spent over 200 at the vet for vaccinations and and ear infection and nothing back. I understand not getting everything back but this is ridiculous. What am i even paying for at this point I will be switching to another policy when i am home from my business trip

This pet insurance has been so easy to use, every time I speak to a representative they have been kind and so helpful.

Thus insurance has been a Godsend in a time of need

I'm very pleased with Nationwide.

I am very pleased with Nationwide and the ease of submitting claims. Also the communication I receive via email. I wish more vet treatments would be covered and less treatments denied. Thanks.

Recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance because it is so worth it.

I am very happy with Nationwide Pet Insurance. We have had this insurance since my dog was a puppy and he is now 9 years old. We have not had any problems with them. Thank you for such great service.

I have never had an issue with reimbursements on claims that I have submitted.

I would recommend this insurance for all pet owners. I have never had an issue with claims or any problems when I called with questions. Customer service representatives are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.
