My dog was just sick

My dog fell sick and needed emergency care. The claim was not paid timely and resulted in pre-existing conditions on policy due to my dog throwing up prior to insurance due to oral medication. Threw up within an hour of dosage. when appealed, the claim was paid however there is now a condition of systemic allergic reaction. My dog was never diagnosed with allergies or gastrointestinal issues prior to coverage. Just really not understanding those disclosures.

Easiest Insurance ever!

I took Kona in for her regular vaccinations that she was due for. I submitted my claim online, but I was thinking it would just go towards my deductible and I was very surprised when I received my reimbursement in my checking account days later. It was fast, efficient and the easiest time I have ever had filing an insurance claim. Thank you!

Wonderful Company

I highly recommend Nationwide for pet insurance. Their plan material is clearly written, their customer care reps are fabulous and knowledgeable, and when I have filed claims when my dog has been ill, they have always immediately acknowledged receipt of the claim and paid promptly. Personally, I believe having pet insurance is a must and this is the company to enroll with
