Excellent customer service, but it takes too long to process claims.

So far, I've been very happy with our plan. I'm grateful there is a Wellness Plan that includes all of Mickey's regular vet visits, shots and flea and tick meds. I'm also happy that it includes dental buy a vet, which can be very costly. My monthly premium went up by $16 and I'm not sure why. There was no explanation in the renewal. Customer service has been great. My biggest concern is that Claims can take up to 30 days. Sometimes, the money does not come through before I have to pay my credit card bill. I would like an explanation as to why my premium went up and how I can access the claims explanations online. Thank you!!!

Best investment for our Roxie!!!

Nationwide has been a fabulous company to work with. I’ve only had to call a couple of times with questions, and they’ve been answered quickly. There is a clear 30-day turnaround from the time the claim is faxed through payment, and the 90% payment has been very helpful, given some of my dog’s issues.
