Worth every penny.
Nationwide has made submitting a claim so easy. Fill out a couple of things, take picture of invoice, and submit. This is my first dog to have insurance and it is worth every penny. When the vet is describing what he needs to do to remove a grass awn that has pierced through her gums, I could concentrate on what had to be done and not worry as much about the cost.

Confused by the Nationwide email I received
I received an email asking how my dog, Buster, was doing after his latest visit to his vet. What I found odd in your email was that the fact that you stated, "We're glad we could help out with the cost of the visit!" WE paid for that visit through the payments you collect every month from us. I thought your phrasing was presumptuous and truly poorly written.

Good company
When they wanted to know what breed he is they didn't have his breed on the list he's a cacasion orvachaka , Russian mountain dog , I had to leave it at mixed breed and he's not.
