Best Pet Insurance

I found a black mass above my dog's gum line. I took him to the vet and he couldn't tell what it was until he removed it. Thank God, it turned out to be a benign mass. The vet's office turned in the iinsurance claim, I received an email from Nationwide saying they were going to review the claim and a month after, I received notice the claim was going to be paid, not in full but substantially, Thank you so much, Nationwide! I have told my other pet owner friends about this experience!

Appreciate the ease of making a claim and coverage

So far, the coverage has been great, and making claims have been easy. So far, so good!

Love the ease of reimbursement but takes a while to receive

I appreciate that the vet can send out the claim for doc visits, tests, and meds; that all I need to do is ask. However, wish the turn around time for obtaining reimbursement was a little more faster.

I didn’t realize ER Overnight monitoring wasn’t included or that there is an Annual CAP

I could be wrong but I’ve been extremely busy lately. I didn’t know that part of the bill was not covered. You receive a 10 for claims being paid quickly
