Great coverage
Blake, our 1-year-old, got a bacterial ear infection despite being a purely indoor cat. Nationwide covered 90% of the treatment and follow-up costs.

It's there for you especially when the unexpected happens
I'm very thankful that my pet has this insurance. Although the monthly premium seems high it has helped me by reimbursing me for much of the cost of my dogs health issues and several hospitalizations along with his wellness visits. They make it very easy to file a claim and my reimbursements are handled promptly. I always recommend to all new pet owners to contact Nationwide to get insurance right away.

Coverage as expected,
Claims are handled promptly and as per the policy. More expensive than some insurers, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period

Exclusions
