I am really happy with the claim process and the quick turnaround time to receive money

This has been very cost effective for us to move forward with this insurance plan. I no longer worry about the cost burden if something major should happen to our family dog. The process is easy to submit a claim and they are fair in what it covers

No hassle

Finally I am smart enough to have bought insurance for my adorable boy Remington....this after many dogs that cost me a fortune in vet bills. The monthly premium is well worth it and the company has handled my claims promptly and professionally.

I think nationwide is on our side!!!

I just hope the cost for Bozley’s insurance wouldn’t increase that often. We started with $70 something three years ago, now it’s $116 something. Even though it’s not cheap to have this insurance but my family and I are very glad to have this piece of mind. Thank you Nationwide.

If you don't have pet insurance get it! Best decision ever! We all will do whatever to make sure our babies stay healthy and get treatment needed but sometime it s hard with the costs. m Just as it is with ourselves too. We have insurance why not our fur babies. So easy to file a claim and it is affordable!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
