Customer service was awesome! Helped explain some confusion with how to file the claim.
There is one area when filing a claim that is confusing. It asks for "Vet diagnosis" - when really it is simply an area to write the nature of the visit - why the pet needed treatment. I wrote the exact terms from the Vet invoice and my claim was initially sent back - "needing a diagnosis". The customer service rep was so helpful - I simply had to write what was going on - my claim was then instantly accepted! YAY!
