Very easy claim process
Great experience. Submitting the claim was as easy as just sending an email out. Also got our reimbursement on time, Chase direct deposit was simple and easy too. However, before I knew I could just email my claim, I was on the website trying to do an online submission for a while -- I didn't know that you can just fill out the form and just attach it to an email to submit which was way easier than doing it on the website (I remember having to refresh my page a couple of times, the web experience wasn't very smooth).... wish this "send an email" method was a bit more upfront because I only realized I can do it this way later. That info was hidden somewhere.
