Nationwide helps me make the best decisions for my pet without fear of burden
I love Nationwide for my pet. I rest assured that having it makes owning a pet a lot more comfortable and affordable. Everything has been fair to date and detailed for accepting or rejecting a bill.

Fast and easy claim processing
I appreciate the expedient processing of all the claims we submitted for Winston. I thought it was going to take much longer and was surprised how fast they all were resolved. I also appreciate the app UI being so user friendly and intuitive. I’d recommend making the T&C’s process a bit easier and pushing user back into, or keeping them, in app. Additionally, seeing claim status in app vs. pushing user to website would be beneficial. The setting up of a payment account wasn’t too horrible but a more user friendly option would be more beneficial to the customer.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
