A Quick Turn Around

Recently the claims have been processed very quickly, within a week or so, where before it took weeks to process. I appreciated the quick turn around which does affect our finances. Thank you.

Fantastic

Our Cane Corso had torn cruciate ligaments on both of her rear legs. Nationwide made it possible for us to afford a very expensive surgery to repair them.

Easy claim and prompt responses.

Nationwide pet insurance was the smartest decision we made when adopting our pet. It’s unfortunate our little guy has health issues but grateful for Nationwide who has financially and verbally supported us. I would recommend and advise prospective pet owners to give Nationwide a call.

Amazing job!

Cooper is postop week 8 after having a CLL procedure . He is doing great, Cooper also is in physical therapy for 6 weeks ! Thank you Nationwide everyone was great and the process for filing a claim was very easy! Thank you for caring 🧚‍♀️

Nationwide IS on my side!

I signed up because it was offered thru work at a discount, and boy am I glad I did! When my Springer had to have TPLO surgery Nationwide was there with no problems. Macy will be insured for as long as she lives. Thank you!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
