Thank you, Nationwide!
This has been a difficult time for me finding out that my beloved dog, Charley, has cancer and working to give him the best palliative care possible. Nationwide has helped make it easier financially by reimbursing me quickly for Charley's vet visits, tests, and meds. The vet sends in the claim, and Nationwide processes with no input from me. I know I’ve bought the insurance, but it wonderful to know that when you need it, the company comes through when you need them.
I haven’t had to contact Customer Service very often, but when I do, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
