Use phone pics for claim and stop duplicate premium billing
I would like to see common technology used (mobile phones with cameras) to submit claims.
Also I was recently billed twice for my monthly premium. This happened in the same week and I asked customer service to correct it. Instead of reversing the duplicate charge they said they would not bill me the next month. This is not acceptable as I’m on auto monthly billing. I had to then dispute the duplicate change since it was not corrected.
