Ease of claim submission, and very quick turn around.
It is easy to submit a claim, and payment is timely....without the need of follow up. The only downside is that the reimbursement amounts seems a bit off, and lower than what should be. There is always some kind of weird small print explanation that reduces the reimbursement amount. However, it is still better than nothing. Just be aware that you will pay the premium, a deductible and then a table of allowed amounts will be applied to your reimbursement requests. That is the same for all insurances, so I stick with this one because at least service is very efficient.

Nationwide's Pet Insurance is a responsible Pet Owner's best friend! The coverage, deductible and reimbursement rate is the best that I have ever seen in the Pet Insurance market. Whether it be a wellness, illness or injury claim, Nationwide makes it easy to submit for reimbursement and they are very timely.
Their Customer Service is great. They are very helpful, informative and empathetic.
My Dog is my child. She is a member of my family. It is such a comfort to know that I can provide the best care possible to her without worrying about the cost.

Pet Insurence review
Best investment ever! Nationwide is very very efficient with their coverage and turnaround time ! I do recommend The company to anybody that I come along to in conversation that has a pet!

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
