Claims easy to file, though customer service unhelpful if you have issues filing a claim
With adopting a new puppy, we've had a lot of expenses for shots and other typical puppy wellness. Unfortunately, our puppy got sick which lead to expensive tests and analyses. My fiance and I are thankful we chose to get pet insurance. We paid our deductible in less than a month and having additional help has decreased the stress accompanying the unforeseen costs of having a sick puppy! Unfortunately, I have had trouble submitting claims online, luckily I can do it through an app however, with most of my work being done on my laptop it's much easier and more convenient to do it online. When looking for assistance with the situation, customer service told me they were aware of the issue and that it had been resolved but when I went back online the claim submission still wouldn't work! Very unhappy to be lied to by customer service. The longevity of mailing in a claim is inconvenient, luckily I am a customer that is familiar with smartphone apps and was able to submit claims on the app without needing help from customer service.
