Long Wait
I’ve had my pet insurance for two dogs for almost a year and only had to use it once. Paying almost $1000 to be reimbursed only $700 for a $1100 claim. I felt like I got the run around while trying to get reimbursed for my claim and it took almost two months to get paid. It’s also not like human medical insurance as you have to come up with the money to pay your vet in advance anyway. Definitely have to look at risk vs. reward to decide if it’s worth it. My dogs go hard, so I’ll be keeping it for now!

Love my pet insurance!
I recommend you to everyone that has a pet. I truly believe this is amazing! Easy to submit a claim and my refund usually comes within a week. I signed up the week I got my pup and have been able to submit all my claims since then.
