Very Delayed Claim Processing Times
I have filed many claims thus far, and I have only had one smooth experience with Nationwide. Oftentimes, they request more information or specifics that I had already submitted. Not to mention, I have a claim that has taken nearly 2 months to process, and they have reached out letting me know it could take an additional 30 days. This prevents my dog from getting the care he needs because we cannot depend on our insurance to reimburse us in a timely matter or even give us updates in a timely matter. We are overall very disappointed.
