Reliable and quick turnaround for reimbursement.

The reimbursement process was really easy the first time and I was able to do the same process easier the following times. Each claim that we submitted was accepted and processed after a few business days. Nationwide is clear with their policy terms and the reimbursement followed that. No surprises and quick turnaround. Very dependable.

Renewals have been really high, not happy with that at all!!!!

I pay a lot of money per year for my dog Sunshine, it's been a great plan! EXCEPT the last two renewals have been huge, like 20% - that's not right - I haven't had any substantial claims and I don't even think my claims are even close to the fee I pay. If it keeps going up like this, I will have to look elsewhere :(

Outstanding service

You guys are Awesome!! Unfortunately he had to go back into the hospital and have a surgery mr jones gets his walking papers today so I will be submitting another claim but he should be good to go.

It’s so easy with my Vet help they send in all Carlys claims.

When ever I’ve call Nationwide with a question they have been very helpful with answering my question. Or they research and get back to me ASAP.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
