So easy to work with Nationwide
Our dog, Rocky ruptured his ACL and needed immediate surgery. From when I spoke with Customer Service on how to file a claim all through how to finalizing the reimbursement-everything was a smooth and pleasant process. The Customer Service rep thoroughly explained to me on our coverage, how to file a claim and the process to approval/reimbursement. We are so grateful that it was so easy and we were able to do it all from the app on our phone. With the simplicity of working with Nationwide, it allowed us to be able to focus on Rocky's healing process without worrying about dealing with the red tape of insurance.
